Open the ImagineShip mini program or visit our website, register and log in, then go to the "Warehouse Address" page on the homepage to copy your exclusive warehouse address with one click. Each customer receives a unique member ID to ensure every package is accurately matched to your account.
Shop Online or Ship Items to Our Warehouse
Set the ImagineShip warehouse address as your default shipping address. When shopping on any e-commerce platform — Taobao, Tmall, JD, Pinduoduo, Douyin, or RED — simply ship directly to our warehouse.

Declare Your Packages
Go to the ImagineShip mini program homepage and click "Package Declaration" to register tracking numbers and package information for items you've purchased or shipped. You'll receive a notification when packages arrive at the warehouse.
Confirm Package Check-in
Once all your packages arrive at the warehouse, go to "Package Tracking" → "Checked In" in the mini program to view all arrived packages. We provide free inspection and photos for every package to ensure items are in good condition.
Place Your Shipping Order
Click "Direct Shipping", select the packages you want to ship, and submit a packing request. Fill in your overseas delivery address, choose the appropriate air/sea/land shipping route, and submit your order.

What's the difference between consolidation shipping and international express?
Consolidation shipping collects multiple packages at a warehouse and ships them in one box. It's much cheaper than sending each package internationally. Perfect for overseas Chinese who shop frequently on Chinese platforms.
How long can packages be stored in the warehouse?
Free storage is 30 days. A small storage fee may apply after that. We recommend submitting consolidation requests as soon as all your packages arrive.
How do I ship my own items to the warehouse?
You can pack and ship items to our warehouse address yourself, or contact customer service for courier pickup. Free pickup in Guangdong province, 50% courier reimbursement for other provinces. Please photograph items before shipping to avoid disputes.
What items cannot be shipped?
Items are classified into three categories: general goods, sensitive goods, and prohibited items. General goods ship normally, sensitive goods require specific channels, and prohibited items cannot be shipped. View item classification rules →
