Our insurance is provided directly by ImaginShip, not by third-party insurance companies. It's a proactive protection measure, not a reactive remedy — giving you confidence to handle any unexpected situations.

Standard Compensation ≠ Actual Value
In all shipping processes, standard compensation for issues is based on industry standards (like shipping fees), not the actual value of your goods. This means: if your items are valuable, standard compensation cannot cover your actual losses.

Insured Amount + Shipping Refund
Insured packages that are lost, seized, destroyed, or unclaimed receive the full insured amount plus shipping fee refund.

How Does Claims Work?
If you've purchased insurance and your package is lost or seized, simply contact customer service to explain the situation and file a claim.
The following situations are NOT covered:
Package received intact with no external damage, but small internal items are missing. If packing video confirms items were packed, this is not covered.
For multi-box orders, if one box is lost/seized, only that box's shipping is refunded. Other boxes' fees are not returned.
Overseas packages are typically delivered to doorsteps or apartment lobbies. If tracking shows successful delivery with photos, but the package is not found, you must verify with the courier company. Theft after delivery is not covered.
Loss and seizure claims are subject to overseas verification. Early abandonment is not supported — please allow sufficient time.
Item expiration due to extended inspection periods, or damage during transit delivery, are not covered by insurance.
