ImagineShip provides parcel consolidation and forwarding services from China to the world for overseas Chinese, including but not limited to: receiving, warehousing, consolidation, international shipping, and delivery.
2. User Responsibilities
- Users must ensure that purchased items comply with the import regulations of the destination country.
- Users must truthfully declare the contents and value of the package.
- Users must not transport any prohibited items through this platform (seeProhibited Items List)
- Users must properly safeguard their account information and are responsible for account activities.
3. Shipping Fees and Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated according to the publishedShipping Fee StandardsCalculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight (whichever is greater).
- All fees are quoted in CNY (Chinese Yuan). Currency conversion may apply during payment.
- Shipping fees do not include customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
4. Package Insurance
We recommend users purchase shipping insurance for valuable items. For uninsured packages, in case of loss or damage, the maximum compensation amount is determined by platform rules.
5. Delivery Time Estimates
The delivery times provided by the platform are estimates. Actual delivery may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections, weather, holidays, etc.
6. Refund Policy
Packages that have already been shipped are not eligible for refunds. If the platform is unable to ship a package due to its own reasons, the full shipping fee will be refunded.

The platform is not liable for service delays or interruptions caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, epidemics, government policy changes).
